This very special, old-world inspired creation, started with a beautiful, honey-coloured, ethically sourced wasp. She's so stunning... just have at look at her amazing tiny details, and those interesting eyes!

I have positioned and preserved her, and added tiny flakes of genuine 24 carat gold to her antennae and the tips of her wings.
Willow has also been given extra special treatment as I've adorned her abdomen with a solid 9ct gold 'fleur-de-lis' and a clear Swarovski Crystal is set onto her back.

She eternally hovers over her whimsical garden; crafted using all genuine pressed flowers and greenery.
I chose subtle vintage colours for the garden to add to the antique feel of this piece.

This is all set onto an ornate vintage brass pendant that hangs from an extra long, vintage chain that can be secured at different lengths. There is also a brooch backing, so the pendant can easily be slipped off the chain and worn as a brooch.
