This delightful piece has been created using the wings of a cicada. (As always the cicada is ethically sourced).
The wings have been coated with with 'sugar' shimmer that reflects beautiful crystal colours as the light moves over them.
They have also been coated with multiple layers to create a durable glass-like finish. The Fairy's 'plum' centrepiece is crafted from genuine Amethysts set in solid sterling silver. She also has a sterling silver droplet set with a stunning Swarovski Crystal.
The Sugar Plum Fairy has a 6cm wingspan and hangs from a 45cm solid sterling silver chain.
She comes beautifully boxed.
