Introducing The Prince of Monarcho

This creation started with the wings of a beautiful Monarch butterfly. The Monarch is male and was deceased when found, so I am honouring him in this regal setting.
I have taken his wings and coated them in multiple layers of crystal clear, jewellery grade resin. The wings are positioned in a relaxed 'living ' position to bring this beautiful specimen back to life.
To give this Prince the royal treatment I have set him with a stunning richly coloured piece of Baltic amber, that reflects light as though it is lit. It is surrounded by a regal solid sterling silver setting.
Movement is added with three sterling silver tails trailing from beneath.
The finishing touch is the shimmering 18ct white gold plated chain.
