Introducing " The Flight of Fancy"

This precious creation started with the wings of an ethically sourced butterfly.

I have preserved and coated them to ensure durability, and set them into an open, multi dimensional position. 

The wings are so gorgeous that they needed no embellishment... Mother nature's colour pallete is on full display here.

I have created a centrepiece with a natural green Peridot cabochon, surrounded by a detailed, solid sterling silver setting.

The hanging bail is also solid silver with matching engraved details.

This amazing beauty has a wingspan of 6.5cm, and she is hanging from a solid sterling silver, 45cm chain.
