This little scene contains an ethically sourced native honey bee.

The Bee is an unusual, very dark colour. Interestingly, I've been told by an apiarist who sends me bees, that her dark colour is likely due to be because she has a belly full of nectar or honey. 🍯

This means this beautiful bee had done all of the hard work pollenating, and collecting nectar before she passed away.

So I wanted to honour this little honey maker by placing her in an eternal garden, where she can retire amongst her beloved blooms.
Her garden is filled with natural dried little flowers and greenery, with little shimmer touches for sparkle.

I have also placed shimmer onto her little wings , and set a dazzling Swarovski crystal on her back.
This eternal scene is all set onto a solid sterling silver piece that I have shaped and repurposed as the dome base, and sealed under a glass dome.
I have set a sterling silver crown ontop as the hanging bale, and this hangs from a sterling silver chain.
