This enchanting creation started with beautifully detailed wings from an ethically sourced cicada.

I was inspired by the delicate blue on the wings to create a pastel cosmos.
✨🌌
I have preserved and coated the wings, and created a pretty galaxy by adding opal centred sterling silver stars, crescent moons, and some micro shimmer.

The celestial centrepiece is a large natural moonstone, set in solid sterling silver, and the finishing touch is a falling star.... just for you to make a wish upon .
The star is sterling silver, and is set with a pale blue topaz.

The Celestine Guardian has a wingspan of 9cm and comes hanging on a vintage silver curb link chain. (Sterling silver chain option is available for an extra $30. Please notify if you prefer sterling)
