This exquisite butterfly inspired this creation; the ornate patterns and colours reminded me of my love of old worlds and antiques.

I have coated the butterfly on both sides before setting her into a 'relaxed' position. I didnt want to over embellish this piece as those gorgeous wings are beautiful enough on their own. Mother natures artwork is on show here. 😍

I have kept the centrepiece classy and elegant, with a stunning faceted hematite gemstone, that I have bordered with sterling silver.

Crowning this centrepiece is a vintage french,  filigree, cast pewter setting. It adds just the right amount of 'bougie' to this beauty.

Seeing as this butterfly is wider at 8.5cm,  I have hung her on a shorter, 45cm vintage chain. She sits beautifully just below the collarbone...; looking as though she has just landed.
