They have been preserved and  durably coated on both sides.
The amazing sunset colours are all mother natures artwork, and in person, as they light moves around them, the colours change hues;  turning from bold ornage to a deeper cooler 'pinkish' orange.

I have crowned these with natural faceted red garnets, set in a regal style sterling silver setting.
Ear-Wing hooks are also solid sterling silver.
