Its story time!

Once upon a time there was a happy little fairy named Serephina.
She was a pretty little pink- winged fairy, who fluttered through blossoms drinking nectar, dancing with the butterflies and talking to the bees. She had a perfectly peaceful little fairy life.

Then one evening,  whilst Seraphina was sleeping on her favourite comfy leaf, a star fell from the sky.
It exploded, creating a fireball as it hit the ground.

  Her beloved garden caught ablaze, destroying her precious habitat.
She fanned her wings rapidly to try to dull the flames, but in the process her beautiful wings caught fire and she quickly flew into a nearby pond to douse her flaming wings. When Seraphina saw her moonlit reflection in the water , she saw that her wings had lost their colour.
She tried desperately to use her fairy magic to restore her wings, but found her magic was also gone.
Seraphina was devastated, and cried herself to sleep in the ashen remains of her garden home.

As the sun rose that next morning Seraphina woke in immense pain, she then realised that her scorched, fragile wings could no longer be in the sunshine.
The feeling of the sunrays hitting her wings put was excruciating.

The falling star had taken her home, her magic and her daylight... creating a destiny of darkness for this little fairy.

This turned Sereaphina into a vengeful, bitter little fairy who now can only emerge at night. She spends her days sleeping underground in the moss, and as soon as the moon rises, she emerges.

She seeks revenge on the night and on the falling star that destoyed her life, by stealing the stars from the sky, and flying them to another realm where they lose their enchanted twinkle.

This means no more night magic, and no more stars to wish upon.

Seraphina now spends her eternity plucking stars out of the sky, vowing to leave the galaxy in total blackness, and without twinkle magic; her punishment for being robbed of her precious fairy life.

So pay attention to the night sky....If ever you look up at night and see less stars, Seraphina has been and taken them away, so make your wish upon a star before they all disappear.
