'Queen Fallon, Fairy of the Fall'

This enchanting little fairy was crafted using the wings of an ethically sourced lanternfly.
The stunning Autumn tones inspired me to create this
'Fall Fairy'.

I have added tiny pieces of holographic sparkle to each tiny pattern in the wing, and the base wings have a light sprinkle of micro shimmer so these throw micro prisms of rainbow colours as they move. I have also sprinkled flakes of genuine 24ct gold to the edges and on the reverse.

These wings were like tissue paper before I coated them and they are now very durable and glistening with a glass-like finish.

Queen Fallons little body is crafted from pewter, and has micro touches of sheer colour that only show in various lights. Her hair is enamelled in golden tones and is upswept by the autumn winds. 
She flies through the sky carrying a genuine Citrine teardrop set in solid sterling silver.

This creation was very hard to capture in photos, and video was even harder. (I gave up on the video..lol)
All the colour changing elements threw the focus off, so I hope this represents her enough to give you an idea, as this lovely fairy looks even prettier in person.

Wingspan is 7cm and Fallons body is 3.5cm tall. (4.5cm including the teardrop and sterling silver hanging bale)
