This enchanting creation looks like something straight out of a fairytale.

I have taken this empty snail shell and filled it, to reinforce them from the inside.
I have also coated this with an external satin coating for extra strengthening and protection.

Real magic happens when this shell is aglow.
Micro lighting makes this  totally come to life....transforming  into a beautiful warm glowing talisman.
The tiny batteries are located in the twisting base which activates the light, and they can easily be replaced.

I have wrapped the light base in delicate vintage french lace to add a touch of softness.
Hanging from the base is a clear Quartz crystal, wrapped in bronze.... the crystals add even more of mother nature's mystical magic to these precious talismans.

The top of the shell has a bronze hanging fitting and to complete this fable inspired piece, I have hung it on a pretty vintage necklace.
The necklace is crafted from aged brass and set with tiny white glass beads .
