Inspiredby the Japanese Geisha in Puccini's Opera 'Madame Butterfly' I have used black white and red to create this precious piece, honouring Japanese culture.
My Geishas face has been hand sculpted with porcelain clay, and is painted to reflect they mystery and beauty of the Geisha girl. ❤️🖤
She wears an ornate sterling silver crown set with genuine garnets, and she is flanked by her gorgeous wings, which are natural wings from an ethically sourced butterfly. I have coated and preserved them for durability.
Her antennae are crafted from sterling silver, and are set with tiny crystals and crimson czech crystals.
Trailing beneath the Geisha are rich red vintage glass crystals, and a solid baroque pearl, set in sterling silver.
She hangs from a handmade chain set with matching red glass beads
