These stunning, unique Ear-Wings are made using the base wings of a beautiful black butterfly. (As always, my insects are ethically sourced and have lived a natural life cycle. ❤🦋)

She was all black except for bright rosey red spots on her base wings. I just had to make a feature out of them.

I coated the wings with multiple layers on both sides,  and they are now strong enough for daily wear, whilst looking like glass and being very lightweight.

The perfect gemstone to compliment the colour was these rosey red cabochon garnets. The colour really pops when the light hits them.

They are set in little sterling silver 'guardians' that are proudly holding them high... as though to show then to the heavens. 🧚‍♀️🌌

The Ear hooks are also solid sterling silver and the ear-wings measure 6.5cm in length.
