The droplet is stainless steel, and is set with a piece of genuine Butterfly wing, protected by a glass cabochon. It hangs from a solid sterling silver chain

These wings are from ethically sourced Monarchs. I had accumulated a collection of odd and damaged wings over the years, and have created a series utilising them..... A reminder that even the broken, still have beauty to admire.
